very good review - thanks

I've had this tent for quite a long time and never had a problem with the outer door. The trick is not to roll it up vertically, but sideways/diagonal.

I've been considering the TN laser comp and the Hilleburg Akto for a while now, your review has helped me almost to my decision. Just one question. Would this tent be suitable for all weather up on the hills of the Lake District ?
Thanks

@Trailtesters oh cool !

to hold the door open on mine i sewed and sealed a small length of flat nylon strap about a ten inches from the top end. works great,the door flap stays open and with the door closed the strap hangs inside and i use it to hang a candle lamp.

Excellent review. I like this tent a lot. Videos are so nice because you can actually see the product being used, and it makes it easier to decide whether to buy it or not. I've been looking for a tent like this. Thank you so much!

Great thanks. Going to check this tent out
In response to the question from Paul30003 the Hilleberg Akto is a brilliant lightweight tent in high winds and driving rain, so ideal for the Lakes in winter. If it is snowing, you will need to keep clearing the roof of the tent, as a heavy snowfall might cause the ends to come in, but with care this is not a problem.

The Akto has one minimal pocket inside the door on the left hand side. You can rig up a head torch to act as a tent light.
