Damn people, I'm a filmmaking student, and you have to understand, the cinematographic languague is not like the reading languague, It's impossible to be exactely as the book, some chapters could be even boring or not understandable in a film, and the other way around! You better enjoy this film as what it is, a film.

I'm kinda dissapointed with this movie. It looks good and all but the book seems better. In the book Lina and Doon are 12. Harry Treadaway (Doon) is 24. Hes hot too and i dont get how he is so young in the movie if it just came out last year
