I agree with JBomber22. Tom Cochrane's early 90s original has FAR more energy to its sound. Rascal Flats sounds like they are tired. Plus Cochrane's version is what I heard every day driving to work for about two years

No. Tom Cochrane wrote the song, and was the original recording artist. Chris LeDeaux COVERED the song in 1998 in the same way the Rascal Flatts COVERED the song in 2006. Tom Cochrane's original topped the charts at #6 in 1992. Rascal Flatts took it to #7 and it was ALREADY a top ten hit. LeDeaux failed to hit the pop charts, but reached #64 on the country top 100. Tom Cochrane is the original, and had the most success with this song - rightly I might add, since he wrote it. You're wrong.
