The unstated premise of this commercial is that if you use drugs, you'll get laid. Not a very smart thing to tell to a bunch of teenagers.

The racism in this PSA isn't immediately obvious. If you mute the video, it's not racist at all. However, there is a trend in which advertisers assume that black people talk in AAVE. Which is entirely racist. Even the term describing the dialect is racist. Not to mention white people are all portrayed as talking in Standard English. Skin color doesn't determine a persons vocabulary, but that's what this video (and a slew of others) is assuming.

You don't get HIV from smoking a joint with someone bearing the condition. The chance of getting it is something like 0.3% by exhanging joint/kissing. Just don't share any needles with others or have unprotected sex with someone who switches partners all the time and you should be fine.
