  • Video says Tbsp for onion, mustard and garlic, BUT text lists them in terms of tsp. Is it Tablespoons or Teaspoons??

  • Hi there! It's 1/2 Tbsp. garlic. 1/4 Tbsp. mustard & 1 Tbsp. onion powder.

  • This looks great, and I look forward to trying it later today! Loved the entire series and look forward to Netflixing your documentary too.

(and shouldn't her name be Iwona Poplawska? That would be the correct Polish spelling - maybe she's been here a while and has anglicized the spelling)

  • Thank you for your kind feedback : ) Yes. The Polish spelling is "Iwona" but Americans never pronounced it correctly, so she decided to spell her name phonetically.

  • This looks good. I will try making it. Unfortunately I am frequently travelling in countries where raw is not an option (as in Tibet or India...)

  • It would be good to have a super green powder (with spirulina) with you that you could mix with clean water. Then you'd be getting the benefit of the greens, as well as some great protein.

    To your health!

    Jenna : )

  • I just made this salad and i am shocked how good it is!! I will rarely eat kale because i don't really like the taste or texture, but this is just outstanding.

This is how you eat healthy, people, by making an effort and being creative to make stuff taste good - not just eating plan raw veggies (which i hate too!!)

  • ! Have you thought about intellectus diet (do a google search for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Cow coleslaw...yukkk

  • Agave nectar is no better than high fructose corn syrup (Dr. Mercola). Vegetable oil should be avoided (Jeff Novick, MS, RD, LD, LN). Fermented soy foods are okay but all other soy foods are harmful (Dr. Mercola).

  • Salt is bad for the Heart!

    FACT!

  • "Co-Slow??"

  • where can you get mustard powder

  • i'm curious to know where does table salt come from, because i thought all salts were from the sea, i'm from haiti and i remember going to get salt from the sea, so thats why i thought all salts where from the sea, anyone?

  • Haha thanks, yeah I know that, ... it's because in the video she said Tbsp but in the text it said tsp so I wasn't sure which was the true measure ;-)
