Yes - the Side-by-side rigs are for wider shots as the IO can't get small enough for close-ups. The BS (beam-splitter) rigs are essential for close-ups. You can get 0 - interoccular (IO). If you don't understand this - you should take a class. This is 3D - 101.

nice rigs karl but would an indie need to buy both the S x S and the BS rigs for the distance differences, have you any rigs with a convergence pulling option
