I really think Gerry Gdowski was at least as good at Qb as Turner Gill. I think the team would have been better if he had started for 3 years instead of Steve Taylor.

Bryan Carpenter was blazing fast. Ran under 4.3 as a Full-back. And his 10 yard dash time was the best on the team. This was a great play. Sadly, we lost the game though that year.

Hey that Nebraska team was pretty damm good, that Florida State team was just buzzsaw. They were the hottest team at the end of the 1989 season, plus they started 0-2 and won 10 straight.
