Obviously a porbeagle, the white spot on the dorsal fin is in clear view at the beginning. The dorsal fin is also much larger than the dorsal fin on the mako, and the mako is much slimmer - especially the head.

The drilling causes friction which in turn cause the water around the rig to warm up (it's nothing to do with climate),apparently it's quite common to see sharks smimming around the rigs

Very similar species, but Salmon Sharks are found in the Pacific while Porbeagles are found in the Atlantic and Antarctic.
Being the North Sea, and also noting the white patch behind the dorsal fin, this is most certainly a Porbeagle Shark.

No it's not - it's a Porbeagle which is a close relative of the Mako (and the great white). They are very similar to Salmon sharks. Rig divers encounter them often.

It looks like a shortfin mako. It is said that these kind of sharks live in warm temperate water, but it's not unheard of to find them in waters like Denmark or Canada.
