Drift City OMD Finale Mission (Part 1)

Basically this mission is for lv 70 and above. You have to do a run at area 71 within the time limit to get a #9 Driver Card, and Jacob who is the leader of OMD says that you will become a great OMD leader someday, and we can successfully distribute mittron etc. The reward for this mission is 100k & 9k + EXP.
