At CEA Institute in Costa Rica this engine was disassembled, cleaned with gasoline, then components were reviewed by the students before assembled it. It got oxide twice because of the rain during engine assembly (it took around 6 Saturday's mornings to be completed) and also it was painted (blue/silver). Piston compression is 80 lbs even though we put some kid of grease inside combustion chambers in order to help piston to get better compression; we use only two quarters oil (cheapest one we found cost around $11 both). Electric instalation was made with used cables, one bulb and two switches. In this try engine's distribution timing marks were not aligned, so distributor creates an spark, but piston was already in any other phase rather than combustion. Since there was not gasoline pump gasoline tank (some small plastic container we use) was above and gravity took gas to carburetor. Engine was layed down because of the shape of the oil's suction hose inside oil pan
