University, Nightlife, Open For Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, older Happy Holiday stuff pack.
If you decide to download this house I suggest to install it with Clean Installer, because even if you don't have all ep's you can still have this house in your game. (With Maxis' installer it won't work if any of listed ep's is not installed on your computer!)
