This video describes how to fix the 3 red light error or as it is more commonly referred to; the "Red Ring of Death". You should be aware of one thing before using this video. This fix utilizes a kit sold by http://xbox360fixit.com The fix does not require that you drill your case, thus the kit requires specific thickness washers and specific length screws.
