"Up Too Late" Solo Bass Looping Piece

Solo piece using my Elrick singlecut six-string bass, Looperlative looper, 3Leaf Audio Groove Regulator envelope filter, and a bit of electronic drums. Up too late practicing and recorded this- there's some noticeable mistakes :D I still like it, although the bass frequencies didn't record well in this vid. Ah well.

Awesome! Especially 0:29 to 0:48 -> I like this music and one of my songs have Chords in this order. That pattern keeps on ringing in my mind. I am a normal Guitarist and I love Bass Guitar, but I never touched it... As a Starter can I choose directly a 6 String Bass instead of a 4 String?... By the way, I like your name - Bryan Tyler... Even there is a great film score composer with your name. I like his Guitar Songs too...

@anupchowdary Thanks for the comments. Sure you can start on a 6- in fact, it's a much better idea to start out on a 6 if that's the instrument you want to end up playing- learning on a 4 and then trying to transition to a 6 later will just add unnecessary adjustment time and struggles. I know of the composer- even though his name is spelled with an "i" and mine with a "y", we come up in searches for each others' names. I just wish I had his skill :D

sorry I didn't know you had a MIDI controller I guess you control with it?

Yeah- I use a lot of buttons to control my looper and I use them often, so I need a separate controller just for it. Thanks for the compliment as well :)
