I had the same problem and solved it after some thinking to discover the reason behind the noise. The reason turned out to be the cardoard rubs on the wood of the boxspring and makes that boise when you move . The solution is to remove the cloth underneeth the boxspring if you have one, insert old bed sheet or thin blanket between the wood and the cardboard above to eliminat the friction between them. Then nail the cloth back underneath the boxspring. Finally, sleep and enjoy a nice night!!!
