Just get yourself a bowl, put some dry ice in it(but don't touch with bare skin),squeeze alittle dish soap on it, pour some hot water on it & watch!!.....pretty kool bubbles with smoke in it!!

First off... I highly doubt that the children bought it. Last time I checked, at least in my state, dry Ice can only be purchased by someone over the age of 18, so the father probably bought it, who I am pretty sure u can hear in the video. And it's NOT as dangerous as you are making it seem. You can hold dry ice in your hands as long as you keep it moving, on average it takes about 2-3 seconds of constant touching b4 you can get frost bit.

@bakskate u know those mexican guys with the ice cream trailer. they keep the ice cream cold with dr ice. so just ask for a little piece.
