If you want great results start doing circuits like this or you can make your own circuit (and dont rest --- just keep doing the circuit till the end).... you ll see great results and your body is going to change drastricatly... this kind of thing is what P90 X, Crossfit, or Insanity are exploiting.... (but u dont need to buy their shitty DVD... just find some basic exercises and start doing it).

@CalisthenicsCamp I can try but I cant do as much reps as you did I started gymnastics lately and Im pretty big dude no fat but big. 5rounds of max pull,dips,pushs with 2 mins rest right?
and again I don't think ill be able to get as much reps as you did will this be ok?
