Fidel describes how his sister died of typhoid because she wasn't diagnosed and treated soon enough. Fidel explains that fuel and transport are so expensive, it's impossible to access the closest clinic.

Fidel cuenta que su hermana murió de tifoidea porque no la curieron ni la dieron medicamientos a tiempo. Fidel explica que combustible y transporte cuestan tanto, y por lo tanto es imposible acceder al puesto de salud más cercano.
