Daniel Lesniak graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy (Bachelor of Science) and the University of Maryland (Master of Arts) before beginning a successful career in the U.S. Navy as a submarine officer. After completing the Navy's nuclear engineering program he completed four strategic deterrence patrols aboard the USS TENNESSEE, a nuclear-powered missile submarine. During his last tour in the Navy he moved to the Northern Virginia area and was selected to be an aide for one of the top level Admirals in charge of strategy and policy at the Pentagon. During this tour and subsequently while working as a defense contractor he completed his Master of Business Administration at Georgetown University. Daniel prides himself on using his experience in process management, strategy and finance to help his clients.

Daniel's interest in real estate began after college when he began buying, selling, and leasing homes for personal and investment use during his Navy career. During this time he was involved in over ten transactions as a consumer covering a wide variety of property types in Florida and Northern Virginia. His passion for real estate and finance led him to pursue real estate as a professional career. He enjoys leveraging his unique combination of personal and professional experiences, education and ability to quickly understand and manage complex processes in order to help guide his clients through making and carrying out real estate decisions.

Daniel has lived in Arlington, VA since 2007. He resides at the Phoenix Condominium in Clarendon with his wife, Connie Isler, and their Shih-Tzu, Bella. He focuses on Transit Oriented Development (TOD) along the orange line metro corridor, but serves all of D.C. and Northern Virginia. Daniel enjoys long distance running and can often be seeing running around Virginia, D.C. and Maryland. Since 2008 he has completed 9 marathons including 3 Boston Marathons.
