Swine Flu: Government meets with Metropark Hotel residents

Government representatives calls a meeting with the Metropark Hotel residents in an attempt to answer any questions or concerns.

Most questions are not answered satisfactorily and results in some very heated moments. Many irate residents got frustrated and left before the end of the meeting.

In this footage an angry Hong Kong man questions whether or not he'll be refunded for his lousy stay at the hotel

this is about the issue of keeping the guest safe and this guy demands for his refund? what is few thousand compared to "safety"

He has not thought of what the management had done to him. Is this kind of scenario would you be still thinking the value of money?
