  • @oregonbobv I agree todays Jazz stinks not like this stuff. U should check out Flora Purim lp Butterfly dreams that real good!! Stang getz is 1 of my fav next to cotrane got most of his stuff on vinyal

  • vivabossa is correct. the author of "Deixa a Nega Gingar" (not "Sambar") is in fact Luiz Claudio. @sgourelis: Duke Pearson recorded it on the album "How Insensitive" under the name Sandalia Dela for who knows why. maybe cus its mentioned in the lyrics and its easier to say/remember. Only in jazz does this crazy confusion about authors and title arises :)!!!
