i don't know why the LCD sign says "Sea Beach Exp". it should say "Sea Beach Lcl" and "4th Avenue Exp"

its a mock up of the 2 portions of its trip.. Just like the 8th ave express or the culver express For example the E is express in queens so its an express train but it goes up 8th ave and the second half of its trip it becomes a local.. So they divide the sign (or else it would take up too much space and time to read. It would also confuse people. Think of this on it's side. [E QUEENS EXPRESS 8th AVE LOCAL] [WORLD TRADE CENTER] or the other way [JAMAICA CENTER] Now which is it?? EXP or LOCAL?

ironically, the destination sign for the D on R160's says West End Exp, even though it is local. Yankee5004 has a few videos of this.
