Detours: Aidan Moffat at Inverleith House

In response to the Rauschenberg exhibition at Inverleith House, Aidan Moffat riffs on themes of junk and the city, splicing together headlines from the local press.
Aidan is here seen sitting in Paul Nesbitt's office, curator at Inverleith House. He later performed his live Detour in the gallery itself.

In August 2011, the Edinburgh Art Festival commissioned Trigger to make Detours, a series of live interventions in some of the city's most stimulating visual art spaces. This is one of eight films made by Daniel Warren in response to the events. You can find out more here: bit.ly/​Detours
