  • I think when it comes to eating things not so good for you...its okay to have a little something every once and a while...if you don't, you may go crazy...I know I do. Like this week, my unhealthy eats were some choc. chip banana bread and subway. That's good you started to exercise! Next week you could exercise a day or two more and surpass your 15 pound loss! That's good though that you admit your uh-ohs for the week, so I hold you accountable and I hope your next week goes well for you! :)

  • I will say that I need to drink more water! I only drink about 4 glasses a day. When I need to drink about 8.
