both countries can live and begin a programm in order to be able to immigrate into the U.S.A. after following needed courses . However people who have the wish to only work and return to their homesteads should have other paying rates and taxes than U.S.A. citizins have,for in the home country taxes should be paid also over their incomes.

As there are In My country the way we work with and do welcome people from Poland and other economicly less stronger countries.

Why not make new rules and regulations, more friendly adjustments with posibilites of economic change, which are more human and just. Like microfinancing and investments in Mexico It is all about the money and It is about land, USA took new Mexico by War from Los Estados de Mexico. you can't say that illegals, need to pay taxes, and fines and need to learn to read, CAUSE THERE HERE ILLGALY. we won't even know there here, or who they are.
