at 0:31 the weather radio goes off, and just moments after, the sirens sound.

@AirRaider56 To answer your question, sometimes the sirens may not sound off in some neighborhoods like they should or in a few other neighborhoods, they don't have sirens at all. That's why a Weather Radio comes in handy. Not just for Tsunamis, but also for severe/tropical storms that may head their way.
