Here I illustrate different lunges that you can do to accommodate different levels of fitness. Beginning first with a simple, basic stationary lunge and eventually working through the ranks to split squat switches and walking lunges. I suggest beginners take their time working up through the progression and do not jump into the hard versions immediately even if you feel that they're not that difficult. Take your time to do 3 or 4 sets with strict form and see how the easier levels suit you before moving along. Here I illustrate different lunges that you can do to accommodate different levels of fitness.
