@blakasassin1 TRUE. I understand they need money but almost 200 dollars. Really. the one excuse that they never try to bust is that you dont have enough money. I weigh 270 pounds and exercise as much as i can but i dont have the money for P90x, Insanity, or a Personal Trainer. GREEDY BASTARDS

Saying things like "it works like magic" are a sure sign its a gimick! The only way to lose weight and get healthy is change the lifestyle that got you that way and no "magic" diet or exercise program is gonna make that any different! You can research nutrition and exercise and do it on your own without paying these people, who in my opinion should be ashamed of themselves for taking financial advantage of despirate people, huge amounts of money for something you can do for free on your own!
