Some people stay at home and wallow. Other people go out into the world and get engaged and do wonderful things. I find myself inspired by these women. They give me optimism because I know that positive change is happening. They help me believe that I too can try make a positive difference. :)

Many social leaders (including the President!) grew up playing sports. It gives you concrete personal experience that when you use teamwork, you can overcome obstacles. It shows you that the effort you put in has a direct effect on the results you get out. You discover that even if you "lost" this time, you can win next time.
I see these ladies doing such wonderful things in the future!
