Weekend trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific - A.P. part 1 [HD]

This is the first video of the A.P. series in Long Beach, CA.

We visited the aquarium on a beautiful and sunny Sunday. To our surprise, there wasn't a lot of people, perhaps because of the storm that discouraged many from going. We were only there for about 4 hours but we did get to see almost all of the exhibits. I'd say plan to stay for at least 5 hours to fully enjoy the marine environment.

We saw schools of different species of fishes, touched harmless sting rays and sharks, played with birds and kids, and enjoyed watching trainers feed sea lions and seals. There was also an exhibit that shows how much human is damaging the marine environment, which was interesting to see.
