...and im asking on which settings im able to play this game and how much fps will i get with those settings.

the 130 is a bit better than the 9600.... and trust me, you want the 1GB GPU memory rather than 500mb :)

You're wrong. GT130=9600GTO/GS. 9600GT is better, much better. But still GT130 is very good ard for that price.
