No. That is Henry Hardy.

I don´t know who is Henry Hardy, but this high tone isn´t made by tenor trombone.....the main melody plays man to the left. He has smaller trombone than tenor, so it is alt trombone...smaller and plays higher tones:)

Correct. The arrangement is scored for two groups of eight trombones (two alto, four tenor, one bass and one contrabass) and percussion.
Henry Hardy used to be in the BBC Symphony Orchestra.
