Open Carry, No 'E' check, LE can learn to respect citizens rights.

This Deputy, conducted an E check on just one lone member of this group of 7 UOC'rs in Santee a few months prior, which was polite and short. A letter of praise was sent to his supervisor, which was used as a training tool and rehash of applicable penal codes at morning line up. The result was this interaction caught on video.

@Marblemania dude, i fully support open carry and the second amendment, but dont be ridiculous. being an extremist, and causing i giant uproar when a cop politely asks you if he can see your ID to make sure you have no mental disabilities or a criminal record is what gives open carriers a bad name. if everyone acts polite, and respectable then over time open carry will become socially acceptable nation wide. thats the goal isnt it?
