  • An example to us all of the mastery we can all achieve x

  • I look some times up to the stars and with out saying anything

    thinking anything

I ask for answer, to questions I do not ask

with all the noisy happenings that go on down here the star seem peaceful and eternal

things seem unbearable and only the silence of the mind comfort me

what to do what o do what do I silently cry out

and stars just twinkle back at me as if smiling

see all

  • @Blackblunt69 whats Ujjayi breathing...can you send me the while procedure? thxs

  • When one has achieved the state of Samadhi breathing will be restrained and the internal breathing will take place via the spinal cord in the form of positive(flows down) & negatives(flow up) Ions due to the CSF pump action which creates a whirlpool/vortex allowing the swapping of protons & electrons via the space in the middle......

  • This is why Samadhi can only be achieved if one straightens the spinal cord. Utilising Ujjayi breathing with a pause in-between breaths, tongue touching the pallet, gazing at the tip of the nose/forehead (centre basically) and concentration on the internal sound in UNISON during meditation will eventually lead to Samadhi. All of the actions described cause both sides of the brain to work in unison as they are in the centre……

  • that felt amazing

  • Thank you for translating

  • SAVIKALPA SAMADHI #1

Now I will embody, reveal and manifest what we call Savikalpa Samadhi. This Samadi allows thought waves to come in, but will not be affected at all. It is like the flight of birds. While flying the sky is not affected, the sky is not scratched. Thou thought may come you are not perturbed, you are not disturbed, you are not affected in any way. Your indomitable will is infinitely stronger than the thought waves that your mind is encountering.

  • I guess he may be in samadhi, but do we really realise what samadhi really is? It is a state, then our soul is free of ego. It is pure happiness. Nothing to do with the body...

  • The Power felt and his condition overtakes a proficient God-aspirant. Video therefore a treasure; practical, sound, gift of his fathomless GENEROSITY. For that, thanks to God.

What we owe this Master is to take what he gives.

  • The mind indeed is of the form of space.

    The mind indeed is omnifaced.

    The mind is the past.

    The mind is all.

But in reality there is no mind. (Dattareya)
