@493pokemaniacV2 Serenes Forest.
For games FE6-FE12... "True Hit" is taken into account. What you see isn't actually an accurate representation of the hit, but 2 RNs averaged together and the result compared with the hit stat. So lower ones tend to hit less, and higher ones tend to hit more than usual.
Crit gets calculated only AFTER it hits with one RN.
Skills are various. Like how Aether and Astra can miss, while ones like Luna can't.
It really depends on the ASM routine.

@shadowofchaos725 (cont) that is why i said what i said, you can call my last comments wastes of time and me a trolll or wahtever since lame excuses wont "cut" it here... but i thankyou for hearing me out (atleast) and i spoke my thoughts

@shadowofchaos725 (cont) it then reads the damage and per forms waht it needs to do, if cirt is activated it multiplies damage by 3, if not then the attack is calculated normally, then hit percentage is put into the mix last since the other animations have gone through... attack skills are as follows : ATTACk skills (such as impale or eclipse) and are calculated during the attack process, but if crit would go first then the skill is nulled and void... (cont)

@shadowofchaos725 since i cant say something smart here ill say something stupid, you may delete my comments as necessary.... you are right... i cant be sure but here me out at least, going thorugh the order as mentioned below and watching this vid along with previous playing of the fire emblem games one can assume that crit is calculated first (other battle skills calcualted before battle starts like resolve) since that is the first animation of the attack, (cont)

@493pokemaniacV2 ... and HOW per say do you know what order your priority for those calculations are? Unless you have a USBGecko or Dolphin and are able to look at the ASM in the game, you can't be sure :/
-
@shadowofchaos725 really? hmmm something must be wrong with mine then... it calculates crit then attack then hit
-
@493pokemaniacV2 Other way around. Goldie's confirmed it.

@BlazeIgnitus crits override skills
-
crits override skills, and skill also affects hit%'s so somehow the tigerts and cats skills were much higher since they got 100% hit so i think that the eclipse bugged out.... capice
The explanation is really simple: While the 3-13 Archer dealt 14 damage to the cat, he also secretly changed the programming of the ally AI and forced the lower right Archer to target the Burger King. With the Burger King injured, he suddenly didnt find the will to launch 100% eclipses.
