  • The only ones ruining and destroying marriage until now have been the straight community. What are they talking about ?

  • Gay marriage is a question of civil rights, it should never be an issue decided by popular belief. Although people have the right to voice their opinions, in the end beliefs are irrelavent.

  • @Textra1 You know 1 in 10 people aren't homosexual. It is Sodomites who are running around harassing people to teach it in schools. Why should teachers have to teach what used to be a deviant sexual act as if it an alternative lifestyle. If that's how you feel keep it to yourself. Why do you Harrods businesses by having kiss ins, then when people object you want to Sue them. Why don't you keep your deviant behavior at home. Because you want to recruit children.

  • @Textra1

    "Marriage is for family."

Incorrect. Many married people don't have children. You don't get to define marriage for them.

"But Sodomites can NEVER CREATE ANYTHING except AIDS"

lolwut? You're clearly too stupid to be in conversation with. Have a nice life.

  • @request2000

    "It is not natural..."

It's not natural to ride on the bus, fly in a plane or make absurd naturalistic fallacies on the internet.

"You want marriage based on Same sexual perversion."

    A. It's not a perversion. 1 in 10 people are gay. About the same number as left handed people. B. What I want from marriage has nothing to do with you or anyone else. It's my personal private business. If your particular superstition says it's bad, good for you. Leave me out of it.

  • @Textra1 It is not natural for a man to stick his member in the behind of another man. Nor for a man to do it to a woman. It is not natural for a women to put on a Strap on and give it to another woman. Or to put your head between the legs of another woman. just leave children alone. You want marriage based on Same sexual perversion. Marriage is for family. Sure some people can't procreate. But Sodomites can NEVER CREATE ANYTHING except AIDS

    "Marriage is RELIGIOUS..."

No it's not. Want proof? Atheists can get married.

You can scream and type in all-caps all you like but it changes nothing. Marriage is not religious. Want more proof? Try getting married by a preacher and then not signing the legal documents. Your marriage would not be recognised by society. Try the reverse. Sign the legal docs but don't have a religious marriage ceremony. Your marriage is recognised. Ergo marriage; not religious.

If he choose to follow that dogma, that's his prerogative but he doesn't get to decide for others who they can marry. This man wants a law that enforces his bigotry and I think people have a right, even a responsibility to be angry at this. If one hold hateful points of view, i.e. gay people don't deserve the same rights as heterosexuals, then one should expect vitriolic responses.

  • @gmanbyah328

Firstly, don't conflate anger and hatred. Anger in and of itself is not a bad thing. They're angry with him not just because he doesn't agree with gay marriage, but because he wants gay marriage to be illegal. He is completely entitled to his opinion of course, but his rights end where yours and mine begin. He evokes vitriol despite his nice smile and friendly demeanour because what he is saying is hateful and based on the dogma of bronze age desert nomads. [cont]

  • @Textra1 Good point. I do think it'd be wrong to be angry at you if you were arguing that the Jews deserve to be put into gas chambers, but that doesn't mean I can't disagree with you. All I'm wondering is why everyone seems to hate this man (although his views may be wrong), since he doesn't even seem to hate homosexuals. He's simply saying that he doesn't agree with the idea of gay marriage.

  • @gmanbyah328

What you fail to recognise is that is doesn't matter if he put his point across calmly. He's still preaching a message of segregation and some might argue hate. Saying vile things in a respectful tone does not mean we should be happy with the person saying them. The man is a bigot and any ire he draws is deserved. Whether he hides behind a pleasant demeanour or not.

  • @gmanbyah328

I could sit and tell you respectfully how I think Jews are inferior and belong in the gas chambers. I could even patiently listen to your point of view and respectfully reply to your points. Does that mean you're wrong be angry with me?
