A startling look at how U.S. immigration will add 300 million people to the country this century if immigration policies are not changed. This dramatic presentation of the latest Census data raises serious immigration questions about the ability of the country to achieve environmental sustainability and to meet the quality-of-life infrastructure needs of the national community considering current immigration policy.

While we are on youtube Congress is (literally) about to pass a law, which puts a hold on US immigration from Europe in order to triple the number of Indian immigrants by December 2012. This is NO joke. This new bill (effectively) demands that 85% of all new immigrants to the US have to be of Indian origin. Just google H.R. 3012 and inform yourself. We have to vote against it RIGHT NOW at petition2congress and hope that Congress does NOT pass the bill while everyone is busy with the elections

That's not what H.R.3012 does. Currently, there are per-country caps for the high-skilled immigrant categories, so no more than a certain number of immigrants can come from a single country. H.R.3012 allows for per-country caps to be lifted when there are visas available, but the only eligible immigrants are from countries that have already reached its cap.

His attempt was admirable, but futile nevertheless.
The reform will be passed.

That's what immigrants do think: that our country has "nothing to protect." How nice. No wonder Mexico looks like it does now. A sad human trait that the US is getting better at. Let's get even better, not worse.

1. Without a curb on population, envir. damage is much harder. 2. Yes, it can, obviously. 3. Higher populations (caused by immigration) damage the environment more. 4. All a plan has to do is make things better to be beneficial.

The fact that the rest of the world is overpopulated does not mean that the US has to be. You sicko.

Well, if you use that logic, then you can just park anywhere in a full parking lot.

So your disgusting morality says that since something bad happened in the past, let's punish the present and future.
