2nd Chakra: Svathistana Center Kundalini & Chakra Energy Yoga Meditation

I have four children and a business to run so I have lots of responsibilities...sometimes, I feel so out of control,I'm not sure what decision I should make or wonder if I made the right ones. I have a husband of almost 20 years who needs attention and affection..sometimes I feel that there is not enough time, I feel strained. After listening to this talk, I remembered my second chakra..I need to spend time making the connection with this chakra, then the fear, worry and indecision dissipate.

Thank you for the discourse on Kundalini, sexual energy and the chakra centers. This has been a problem that I have encountered for many years, that is,the creation of a heightened sexual appetite unknowingly by meditating and then depleting that energy by having more sex. I never knew what to do with that higher level of energy/vibration, and now realize I used addictions to sex and smoking cigarettes to tone it down.

dear sir, it MAY be , because you tend to judge peoples as you are , which means if you find someone good , some may find him bad, so the best option is dont judge, just think him as a soul exsisting in this planet and you know him, till you get enlightened, then you are bound to like all, just all, no matter how he or she is.

Thank you for directing me to this talk, Tammy. Dr. Yogeesh, if you can talk more about "beauty" and "ugliness" I would be very grateful. I don't understand why sometimes we percieve things as beautiful when inside they may not be, inversely we percieve people as "ugly" when underneath they are good. Is this a human mistake or is there something more to it?
