Acharya Shree says that the kundalini energy needs to rise up and needs to be transformed. Usually people lose energy because their energy is always flowing downward.

Acharya Shree says that during sexual intercouse, people lose energy and their spiritual energy goes downward because it is merely physical.

Acharya Shree suggests to put efforts into raising one's kundalini serpent energy. Once this happens, people will be in bliss.

I have four children and a business to run so I have lots of responsibilities...sometimes, I feel so out of control,I'm not sure what decision I should make or wonder if I made the right ones. I have a husband of almost 20 years who needs attention and affection..sometimes I feel that there is not enough time, I feel strained. After listening to this talk, I remembered my second chakra..I need to spend time making the connection with this chakra, then the fear, worry and indecision dissipate.

Dear Asharya, Thank you for the discourse on Kundalini, sexual energy and the chakra centers. This has been a problem that I have encountered for many years, that is,the creation of a heightened sexual appetite unknowingly by meditating and then depleting that energy by having more sex. I never knew what to do with that higher level of energy/vibration, and now realize I used addictions to sex and smoking cigarettes to tone it down.
