@hoot101 sometimes all you can do is laugh, but I'll bet he wasn't laughing when he stabbed himself, and he's not there on the show to laugh at himself now
Hopefully he isn't too ashamed of himself to come back and can 'make fun of himself' again
addiction as a whole isn't funny, tho it can make people do funny things I guess, like calling the cops to complain about getting sold bad crack[an episode of 'Cops']
I'm not saying it isn't OK to laugh-humor is subjective-just not funny to me
