A Long Walk For The Toilet- Comedy Short (Autumn)

So this was our first seasonal video. With the release of the Inbetweeners movie and a demand for juvenile humour we thought we would take a hack at it. The concept and script was written by Charles Copsey and took a solid day to write. It was all filmed in the space of four hours on a Sunday morning till about mid-day. The actors were all given the script to learn for the date of the recording- however, they left it a little late and weren't familiar with the plot-line or script. Therefore, this meant some parts of the script were left out, and the genuine idea of capturing this whole story in one shot (more or less) was lost. With this in mind, we changed the outline slightly; deliberate continuity errors. We took what was a serious comedy and changed it to a less organised and mockery or a comedy. The script was written early August and the video was filmed in late September

Filmed on the Canon550, sound recorded on a Rode Boom and was all edited in Final Cut Pro 7 and Apple Motion 4
