adopted u as my mentor= THANK U IF U READ MY PROFILE PAGE ALL OF THESE QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED :) CHANGES=.MY SKIN BECAME VERY DELICATE (THIN / WRINKLED)+ MY HAIR GOT MORE GRAY+ MY BODY WEIGHT INCREASED & NOT AS FIRM= ALL OF THIS HAPPENS WHEN UR OLDER SO I JUST DEAL WITH IT & TRY TO IMPROVE OR USE PREVENTIVE THINGS SO I CAN AGE GRACEFULLY :) I'M 63 YRS YOUNG!!!!
