My favourite part of this trailer is the part where you have the shots of the beautiful New Hampton mansions with their perfect facades and manicured lawns - and then you get Grey Gardens, which looks dead and haunted. It's like a slap in the face. Great editing.

I've commented this before on some Grey Gardens videos, but I'll say it here too:

Just remember one thing, Little Edie never reached that high point of fame that she wanted, like being a singer or dancer or just a performer, but thanks to this movie she IS and always will be famous people know her, people identify with her, and she got to perform some shows in New York (even if the reviews weren't that good). She became somebody, even though she deserved to be more than just somebody.
