Hey! I weight 166.4lbs now. I have realized that I could have lot all the weight I needed to by now, but I have been slacking bad. I have been in phase four for a week and I am already eating the wrong foods too much. I plan to go back to phase one to jump start my weight loss again (maybe this monday). I have 11 more pounds to go, but it seems so much harder to keep myself disciplined in eating the right foods. I will be making another video soon, sorry for the slight disapperance....lol...there have just been a few things going on that have caused me to seriously get off track. I am basically going to start my exercise program over with phase one as well. I am suppose to be able to do an hour of physical activity, but I can barely do 45; therefore I will be starting at 30 again.
