  • Believe me, we who are just a bit overweight are nevertheless severe binge eater in the category of 5,000 calories at a "session". We do not purge. What we do is eat very little as soon as we are able to get some tiny bi of control, thus our weight does not go up more than 20-30 lbs. I relate to EVERYTHING else you say about your eating and BED.

  • people don't realize that food is just as addicting to some people as crack cocaine or alcohol. people seem to accept those addictions more readily than they do people with food addictions. Alot of people think that larger people are just lazy and should just eat healthy, but it's not that simple, they should have rehab for this addiction too, because alot of people need that help and inspiration to give them a burst of the willpower it takes to overcome this addiction

  • Thanks dude, very honest and sincere. Going thru it right now im pretty much consumed by it but i am starting to get help love to chat sometime, Thanks again

  • you're such a handsome man

  • @smithdsmit I'm like an early version of you: I've gained a lot of weight, lost it, and then gained again.

  • I had compulsive/binge eating disorder, I became 20 lbs. overweight. I had anorexia, I became 10 pounds underweight. I have compulsive/binge eating disorder again, and I'm a healthy weight now, but gaining. :( I just wish I could be normal. I try!

  • Hmm. GERD is not a problem for you.

  • for me.I dont know that its an addiction.Im just so hungry.I have lost weight many times. If I eat 1500 cal a day I will loose 10 lbs a month.I can do this for 3-5 months.loose 30-50 lbs but after that I let hunger get the best of me

  • @CPK007

Single and ready to mingle. This is a constant in my life.

  • that's Juicing!

  • Good video. I go through the same thing. never really seem to get full. I also make unnecessary trips to the kitchen. I saw this documentary "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" on Netflix and it introduced me to j. the narrator lost over 100 pounds in 2 months. I'm seriously considering trying it out. I exercise up to 5 days a week but it is the eating disorder that's slowing my progress. Good video though!

  • I like this. I like that you say you won't let such a disorder define you. Stay strong. ♥

  • you are gorgeous
