Christian Boltanski, 'Les Limbes' (extraits), chanté par Louis-Alexander , avril 2006

Pour marquer l'exposition actuellement au Grand Palais 'Monumenta' du grand plasticien Christien Boltanski, voici quelques extraits de 'Les Limbes' , contate dramatique que Christien Boltanski a monté au Théâtre du Châtelet le 22 avril 2006 avec le compositeur Frank Krawczyk. Le public étaient assis au fond de la scène face à la salle vide du Châtelet. Louis-Alexander avait 11 ans. Il tient une torche à la main et non pas un micro !

To mark the occasion of the extraordinary exhibition, 'Monumenta' (by well known artist Christien Boltanski), currently at the Grand Palais in Paris, here are some extracts from the dramatic cantata that he produced on the 22 April 2006 at the Théâtre du Châtelet entitled 'Les Limbes'. Music is by Frank Krawczyk. Louis Alexander was 11 at the time. He is holding a torch in his hand, not a microphone !

i like it. it's very atmospheric. i had forgotten what a beautiful voice louis had when he was eleven

nothing to say against Alexanders singing. He did an excellent performance. But in spite I wouln't want to be in his situation in such an awful theatre/music composition.
