I went from last to first place in this race not because of good racing, but because I was able to "cheat" my way to the lead with the shift mechanic.

This game introduces a strange, unique, powerful mechanic and then rewards you when you use outside-the-box thinking. It's fascinating and it's awesome and you should go play it right the hell now!
