  • i remember them from the OBI years

  • Man I loved the Touch album from these guys back in the seventies.

That album had every hook every invented in it. I remember hearing them on the Biscuit Flower Power Hour show and thought alright they have made it.

They were pretty big in LI & NY. I loved that album. Guess you had to live in the NY area then to understand.

  • Where's that 'love' button when you need it!? I'd SO love to see the guys live.

  • for the one who don't know what Peppy Castro did more ...he made one awesome album called " Wiggy Bits"-same (1976) and 2 albums with Balance wich are great...the last album with Balance cannot compete to the 80's albums.

  • Peppy was also in the Blues Magoos (We Ain't Got Nothing Yet).Saw this band many times on L.I. back in the day.Always thought they could have gone further but theband biz is so hard to figure out.Certainly (and sadly),TALENT is not a pre requisite for having a hit record! These guys never had a top 40 hit but, deserved to.

  • I loved these guys, I had the album back in the 70's - "Damn You Girl" was my favorite track on the album even though "Tumblin' Inn" was the draw. I never retired the album and i would bring up The Alessi Brothers to people and people would look at me like I had three eyes. Tumblin' Inn was a huge WLIR song (Long Island). These guys are pros that know what they're doing. I hope they keep playing even though I loved their commercial jingles, too! LOL.

  • LOVE the Way that Peppy "works" that instrument of his!!!! WOW!!! and his strap reminds me of a bag I picked UP in the city years ago. Great bag!

    LOVE TO ALL!!!!!

  • Awesome song...but to me 'beautiful' is more fitting to describe the guys' charisma and total stage presence... :-)
