its a great video but I make green bean casserole completely different. I make it more traditionally but instead of cream of mushroom, I make homemade cream of celery (allergic to shrooms), then I mix that with the beans, top with my own homemade crunchy onions, and bake like a normal gbc. Tastes almost identical to the less healthy version. I guess the thought of cashews and spinach in gbc just throws me off -.-

@faylinameir I've certainly made it like that as well...with homemade cream of mushroom soup, but the cream of celery soup sounds outstanding! Adding celery root to your recipe would be something to try as well. Thanks!
