Experience the spellbinding allure and timelessness of Earth's most valued and mysterious stone when the NATURE series airs "Diamonds" Sunday, September 30th at 8 p.m. (ET) on PBS (check local listings).

The program examines the oldest, hardest natural substance in the world - diamonds -- from their beginnings in the core of the earth, through mining and acquisition, to the history of the most famous of these extraordinary gems. Actress Stockard Channing narrates the program.

  • @1lebero you're retarded

  • This is a complete scam. Diamonds are practically worthless. It 's all a marketing gimmick to get suckers to by polished rocks. Most of the new synthetics are more clear and and of better quality than any natural diamond.

  • These are beautiful! Truly one of natures greatest works of art!

  • Hi, was wondering can i have a clearer version of this video? Great video.

  • That's the 203-carat Millennium Star in the opening shot. The blue heart shape at 0:30 is the 27-carat Heart of Eternity. :D
