Lionel Trains Pennsylvania Railroad S2 turbine issued about 1989. Mike Wolf's last project at Lionel.
catalog number 18010.
This engine came with a brass PRR N8 caboose which is probably worth as much as the locomotive today.

  • doubt if the bull frog snot will cause a problems with the track surface. the track requires oeriodic cleaning anyway.

Google bull frog snoot for their Web site.

There is a lot of information there, including how to apply it to the locomotive wheels.

Watch the you tube video on that site also.

  • test

  • I put some of that bullfrog snoot on 4 of the drive wheels and that has helped a lot.

  • Thank you lionelkid18 for your comments and have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.

  • Awesome video. Are the cars its pulling very heavy the first 2 look like diecast are those passenger cars heavy? Thanks and that engine does pull well for no tires Mike really improved his designs since then the MTH AC4400 can pull 60 freight cars including 3 diecast ones on level track without a slip.

  • @rancocaskid you have one as well you said?! that a nice i like them but dose that bullfrog stuff rub off onto the tracks? i know the rubber traction tires they nice to leave behine there marks on the outer rails tell me alittle more about this bullfrog stuff on what it comes in and what it dose on things you use it on and will it come off if you wanted to remove it from the wheels

  • Was Mike Killed in a car accident? I heard he was hit by a commuter train? How ironic?

  • @trainroomgary Some people say MTH is a branch or Lionel, is that true

  • LOOKS LIKE A GOOD PULLER TO ME

  • Mike Wolf, MTH - Great story from Lionel manufacturing.
