From the movie "Living Out Loud." This clip from the DVD's "deleted scenes" includes both the 1st half of the song, which was omitted from the movie, due to length, as well as the 2nd half.

Film directed by Richard LaGravanese. Song produced and arranged by Mervyn Warren.

  • Just magnifique. I remember when I first saw Queen sing this in the movie; I shook my head with a "wacka wacka". "Why," I asked myself, "had she never sung these standards before." I 've since bought all her albums, and I bow down to her great talent. She is a treasure. Billy Strayhorn would be so proud. I love Nancy Wilson's rendition, but lawd, if Queen doesn't own this. Amazing.

  • @MALP1231 lol her given name is Dana Elaine Owens but she really goes by Queen Latifah and she's awesome :)

  • @MALP1231 This song is the last track of "The Dana Owens Album".

  • @MALP1231 She's recorded 2 jazz albums -- "The Dana Owens Album" (2005) and "Trav'lin' Light" (2007).

  • I very much like this lady's voice. It is very pretty. I wish that she sang more of this genre of music. She should make an American songbook album.

  • damn !!!!!! i like this better than sarah vaughn's version...

  • OMG this is fantastic! She is such a wonderful singer.....and hell yes, Big Band needs to come back....this is music at its finest and absolute best!

  • @saunei It's called Big Band..and it is in desperate need of a come back. This is music at it's finest.

  • @dompy1 Simply beautiful.

  • Madonna who? Queen Latifah's "re-invention" from scrappy street-wise rapper/hip-hop diva to smooth, subtle jazz sophisticate is musically a much more fascinating, notable and successful transformation.
